Refund Policy

1. General Policy
We strive to provide high-quality photography services and prints. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final. However, we offer limited refunds and replacements under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellations and Refunds for Services
Deposits for photography sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session with at least 72 hours notice.
If you cancel a session less than 72 hours before the scheduled date, no refund will be issued.
If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
3. Refunds for Prints and Digital Products
Digital Downloads: All digital purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
Prints and Physical Products: Refunds or replacements will only be provided for damaged or defective items. To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the issue.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email us at stillsbyalexandra@gmail.com with your order details and proof of damage/defect.
We will review your request and provide instructions for returns or replacements if applicable.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be given for customer errors such as selecting the wrong product or providing incorrect shipping information.
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
